Great place!

I enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was very spacious and in a close location to VCU. J was a great landlord! Very flexible, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Would Stay Here Again!

Stayed in the B unit and it was wonderful. This property has everything you could need and the location is great. Less than 10 minutes to VCU Medical Center and so close to downtown for food/shopping. Unit is decorated with modern appliances and furniture. Jim responds very quickly and checks in- hospitality is amazing. Can't think of any complaints! Highly recommend your stay here!

Travel Nursing Stay

Great Place!

I stayed here with my boyfriend and our dog while doing a travel nursing contract. The place is clean and comfortable. The landlord J is very personable and takes excellent care of this property. There are two other units in the house but noise is minimal and was never an issue for us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. The property is in a convenient location, quick drive or bike ride to Scotts Addition or The Fan, and Kroger and Publix are not too far. In one direction there are nice quiet residential streets, great for walks with the dog, and a park nearby with lots of tennis courts. We would definitely recommend taking a walk to The Smokey Mug for coffee and or tacos ;) The other direction is pretty close to the main road so you do get some road noise and occasionally late night pedestrian noise. Overall weve really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again, highly recommend this property.
