AMAZING HOME

This unit is a RARE find. My husband and I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved the unit. It is located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood minutes away from the Commencement Bay, Point Defiance Park, and downtown. The space is so thoughtfully designed and very spacious. There are blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The home feels very nice and cool even on warmer days, with fans provided if needed. We also appreciate the driveway parking for two vehicles. The best part of this unit is definitely our incredibly kind and accommodating hosts. We highly recommend this unit!

Best home ever!

This place was a phenomenal place to stay! Felt very homey and welcoming! I am so sad to leave after three months! Landlords were amazing, very accepting, accommodating, and quick to respond! I worked night shift and never had a problem with noise (I do use white noise at baseline). Everything worked well in the apartment! The beds were very comfortable and there is full sets of linens with extras for each bed, TV worked great, appliances worked well in a fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has a full closet, desk, and dresser which was so nice! Neighborhood felt very safe and never felt unsafe on a walk in the neighborhood with my baseline cautions! Landlords gave great recs for food, shopping, movies, ect! They also love board games and have good recs for those! I would live here again in a heartbeat! Ruston is so close, close to the hospitals (but not too close), close to grocery stores, gyms, and shopping! Would recommend!

An Absolute Gem

Simply this place is perfect. Its in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. The unit has everything you will need and more. The landlords really went above and beyond with making the place perfect for a traveler. Speaking of the landlords they are absolutely wonderful people. Never had one issue with them living above us. It is quiet, and even for a night shift nurse this place would be great!

The Perfect Place to Stay!

We cannot say enough great things about this apartment and R and C! We are about to depart after a 5 month stay and we wish we could live here forever. First off, the apartment itself is set up wonderfully for travelers. Kitchen is fully stocked, linens provided, plenty of closet storage, nice and roomy, double bedroom perfect for roommates or a couple traveling together who want to have guests. There was not a single thing that we felt we were missing during our stay. They also provide you a driveway space that can fit 2 cars. The neighborhood itself is very safe and well-located. .5 miles from an elementary school with a nice walking path, .5 miles from Safeway, 2 miles from the Ruston waterfront and Point Defiance Park. But the best part - the landlords! R and C were so kind and welcoming from the get-go. If you like strategy board games, they are great competition :) They were always accommodating throughout our stay and provided tons of great Tacoma recs!

Safe & Clean Plus Great Landlords!

This cute and clean apartment is managed by a great couple! They were so helpful and so warm and inviting; if youve never been to Washington, they are great at welcoming and guiding you as needed. I was greeted with a card, a guide for restaurants/shopping/the area, and fresh baked cookies! Theyre very kind and work with you. Pros: Pet friendly, clean, safe (Rich recently installed new security cameras on the property, not that I ever felt unsafe even beforehand), roomy (the rooms are large and youve got dressers in each bedroom, as well as closets), all hardwood, super nice kitchen, awesome shower, FANTASTIC TV and WI-FI. Cons: Apartment is on the warm side (a fan is provided), would probably be better for a day shift nurse as opposed to a night shifter as the sound from above in the main house is heard quite a bit during the day Definitely reach out and see if its a good fit for you! :)
