Great Experience

Staying anywhere away from home can be difficult, but R provides a wonderful, clean, and relaxing home away from home for his guests. The neighborhood is very safe and offers a great deal of amenities for guests to enjoy. My husband and I frequented the pickleball courts and pool within a mile from the property. There are also many walking paths both in the neighborhood as well as nearby, all very safe and well lit at night. As for the Casita, it was beautifully decorated and provided the basics needed for cooking and storing simple/frozen meals. The only downside, there is only a bathroom sink so we were cautious of what we cooked as to not clog or cause issue to the plumbing. Otherwise, the Casita offers a very large walk-in closet, spacious shower, as well as a comfortable bed and couch! R was a great host! He was very prompt in his response times and quite accommodating if we had any needs. Very friendly and kind. Overall, my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay!

Phenomenal Accommodations

For my first time as a travel nurse, R made me feel safe and secure. He went out of his way to install an additional safety figure on the front door even though I had access to a security system. He replaced the shower head to make it more accommodating for me which was AMAZING! R periodically checked in on me to make sure I didn't want for nothing. He created space for my husband to park his car when he came to visit. R is a kind, fair, and easy going landlord. He invited me to join his family and friends for Thanksgiving when I was not able to be with my family (sweet). The Casita is spacious, comfortable, and accommodating with the oversized shower and enormous walk-in closet space that every girl dreams of! Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is a great location where it is not far from restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and etc. Everything is a short drive or a few minutes away. R is the best and I highly recommend!
