Great Location

Beautiful daylight apartment in a great neighborhood. There is a short walk to the light rail. Several restaurants, grocery stores, pubs, etc. in the area. I work nights and have not been disturbed by street noise or neighbors. There is a nice back patio area to relax. I will rent here again if I return to Seattle for another contract, if its available.

Quiet and Convenient

It was such a joy to stay in this apartment! My husband and I stayed here while I worked as a nurse at UW this winter, and I couldnt be happier with our lodgings. J is a great person and the ideal landlord - he was available if we needed something, but very much respected our privacy. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and safe. Its tucked away behind the house and cant be seen from the street, so it felt very safe. Ravenna is a lovely neighborhood, but I was still able to take a quick 15 minute walk to the light rail station for the 5 minute train ride to UW, or to downtown to explore the city. I couldnt have asked for an easier commute (and I avoided the notorious Seattle traffic). Parking was never an issue here. With a full kitchen, we were still able to cook meals just like we would at home, and having laundry right in the apartment was extra convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Im sure whoever snatches up this hidden gem next will be very happy to have such a great place to unwind after a tough shift.
