Safe neighborhood, off-street parking spot, private entrance - all good stuff. Stephen was great to rent from. I appreciated his quick, informal screening/approval process. Highly recommend!

Cozy

I stayed here for 6 months, and absolutely loved it! S&S were awesome hosts. This apartment was by far the best "home away from home" since I started traveling 2 years ago. The space is perfect and cozy. It is a clean and quiet neighborhood with total privacy. Nothing is more than 15 minutes away, including hospitals, restaurants, and stores like Target and Safeway. and including Alki Beach. I really enjoyed my stay with them, and if I ever return to Seattle, I would love to stay here again! Thank you, S&S!

Great short-term rental

I stayed here with my pup for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. It's very spacious for a studio and also has a full-size sofa-bed for guests. It had everything I needed: full kitchen, laundry, cleaning supplies, linens, AC, and parking. The location is very safe and walkable to a sweet coffee shop and italian restaurant. It's a short drive to West Seattle's amazing Lincoln Park. The hosts were very communicative and a pleasure to rent from. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

This was honestly such a lovely place to stay! The property owners were super sweet and a dream to work with, and I never had an issue with anything! The home itself is really quite spacious and had every amenity you would need. The location is also great, close to tons of awesome restaurants/cafes/grocery stores, and my commute to Swedish First Hill only took 15 minutes. Its a very safe feeling neighbourhood & the beaches are close! The designated parking spot was also a great bonus. Id 100% recommend this spot!
