Entire home in midtown quiet neighborhood

Fantastic house!

I was a second renter at P's house. The house is brand new, has nice furniture and appliances. Like the previous reviewer stated, the recliner is very comfortable. The owner genuinely cares about the renters and the house, and maintains the property to a very high standard. The house is conveniently located 5 min to downtown. I would easily give it 10 out of 5 stars!

To the Nines!

My wife and I were privileged to be the first guests at this property. The amenities are top notch- specifically the dual reclining leather couch (I'm ruined, I'll never be content with another sofa). There's an adjustable standing work desk. The appliances are really nice with lots of kitchenware. The pictures don't do it justice. Its a really sharp place! P, the landlord is helpful and attentive and genuinely cares about his tenants. He also really strives to make the property awesome with lots of professional landscaping. He even shoveled our steps when it snowed. Would recommend.
