I wish I could stay longer...

I was in need of a temp furnished living space while uprooting my life in Atlanta. The Inn is a beautifully maintained historic property, around the corner from the gym and 5 min from my job off Main St. , Cooperstown. My room is quiet and comfortable. Onsite W/D, and a well stocked kitchen w/ all the comforts of home. Jason, the owner, and his onsite manager, Steve, are meticulous about how both the property and the guests are cared for. An A+ experience for sure. Anytime I have messaged a question or request to either, Ive never waited more than 5 min for a response, any time, day or night. It is so wonderful to have a calm haven to relax at the end of the day. Thank you for sharing this charming space and offering such reliable kindness to your guests. I wish I could stay longer!

Phoenix Inn

This house has everything I could want in a home away from home. It's clean and quiet with a comfortable bed! AND it's super close to the hospital! One of the best features is Al the house manager/maintenance/greeting crew! He goes above and beyond! Jaison, the owner is super friendly and wants a good experience for everyone. He is easy to work with. Hopefully he will have a room for me if I travel to Cooperstown again.

I stayed at this house for 9 months during my last travel stay. What an amazing house, exactly as described. Easy contact with the landlord who is a very reasonable man. A handy man that is a quick phone call away. I never had any complaints.

Excellent

I stayed here for a travel assignment and I can honestly say it was a pleasure to stay here. I would suggest to stay here it was excellent and I cant complain. You have easy access to the landlord. He always text you to make sure youre OK. I would suggest anyone to stay.

Amazing Place!

Absolutely loved my stay at the property. J, the landlord, was so easy to communicate with and I never had a problem getting in touch with him. The property had plenty of everything I needed. Sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and a fully stocked modern kitchen. I would stay here anytime Im in the area!

Best place Ive ever stayed

The property is fantastic. I cant say enough about it. The landlord is extremely responsive and reliable, takes care of things immediately if you need anything at all. The building is warm, welcoming, and beautiful. I felt very comfortable and safe there. It was hard to leave! You wont regret staying at The Phoenix. It is fantastic.

Comfortable 2nd floor apartment

The 2nd fl apartment was clean, and spacious. Perfect for any traveler that wants their own space. I had a very comfortable stay here during my contract at Bassett which was a quick 5 min drive away. Property owner is friendly and was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again if I pick up another contract at Bassett!

Very Nice and Clean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Cooperstown house and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. the home itself is beautifully maintained and clean. This created a cozy and inviting ambiance. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils I needed, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. The living area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, with comfortable seating. The location is another major plus. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Cooperstown which was very important for me. The owner was very responsive and very helpful in my stay, 10/10 would stay again.

Bedroom D. Upon walking into the bedroom the bed was made but once the sheets were pulled back there
