Cozy Cottonwood Heights - 1 Bedroom Basement Apt.

Best apartment and location ever!

My fiance and I came to Utah from Massachusetts for travel nurse contracts at a local hospital over a year ago and have stayed at this apartment ever since. The apartment is in the perfect location- right outside of Big Cottonwood canyon and 20 mins from all SLC area hospitals in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. There are tons of grocery stores nearby and the accessibility to the mountains and highway is ideal. The apartment has it's own driveway and is very private and cozy. We have loved it here so much we decided to move to Utah permanently. B & M are seriously the best landlords ever-They have been beyond gracious and flexible as we extended our lease here several times and are the nicest and most accommodating people. We are so sad to leave this apartment and would live here forever if we could (seriously). We couldn't recommend living here enough! It's an amazing place owned by amazing people.

Cozy apartment in incredible location

This cozy apartment located in Cottonwood heights is amazing! Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with stunning views of the mountains. The landlord has been nothing short of spectacular- attentive and helpful no matter what. Barbara is accomidating and respectful. Close to the highway but you would never know based on how tranquil the beighborhood is. The seperate entrance makes this place feel like home and the central air/heat keeps the environment comfortable. We wish we could live here forever!
