Quiet, cozy, clean loft!

This little loft was such a perfect spot for my stay in Reno. K was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The bed is sooo comfy and the kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need. Great quiet neighborhood, there is a grocery store and other accommodations near by, and only about 12min to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

My partner and I have stayed at this furnished loft multiple times and after traveling for 5 years, this is hands down one of our favorite places! The owner is very respectful, kind and accommodating. She can help you with anything you need and make you feel very comfortable in the space and allows access to the backyard as well! The area is very walkable, close to midtown and very drivable to work, fun, and adventure! If this space is available, dont pass it up!

AWESOME PLACE!

This loft space is truly awesome, everything you need for an extended stay. The location is super convenient and safe. It is in a neighborhood close to shopping and the river. K was a great host and you could not ask for a nicer person. She was very accommodating but never intrusive. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Place!

This was an absolutely wonderful place to live! The space was perfect for an out-of-towner; fully furnished with everything you need. The pass-through closet and laundry area was the most efficient way I've ever done laundry and a hot shower is INSTANT. The bedroom loft was super cozy, holding heat so well during the winter while the A/C kept it cool in the summer! Kitchen was perfectly sized for the space and had everything to cook with ready to go. The landlord, K, is the nicest person in the world and is always willing to help with whatever you need. All in all, this place is a homerun in all aspects of a rental and I would encourage anyone looking to give this one a shot!

Grateful to find this Gem

This was a perfect space to rent and K is a wonderful hostess. This space was quite spacious and the loft provides a more spacious feel with higher ceilings and lots of room. The bedroom is in the lofted space with a really comfortable bed. There was everything I needed in the full kitchen with a window looking outside to the backyard. The bathroom has a bathtub with diamond ceiling lights providing a perfect space to relax in a tub after work.. A parking space was provided in the drive way in a safe neighborhood. I really enjoyed being nestled in the bounty of sunflowers on the property. K was very attentive to any needs or questions I had and provided ample privacy As a travel nurse, this space provided everything I needed and a respite after a long day. What a gem, highly recommend!
