My house is a 1250 square foot rambler on a cul de sac. It is very quiet, nice neighbors, with a yard in the front and fenced in private yard, deck and vegetable garden in the back.
There is a separate room past the kitchen with a love seat, desk, book shelves and coffee table. Great. for a quiet reading space.
The bathroom is down the hall, with a tub and shower.
