A great summer!

I LOVED this place! It was well-maintained, beautifully furnished, comfortable, and spacious. Adam was super kind and responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for the summer. It was a hot summer, but the space remained cool for the entire time I was there without turning on the fan or AC (though these were provided). The laundry was convenient, and the backyard is a nice space. The upstairs tenants were also really awesome people! The neighbourhood is quiet and feels really safe, and there are lots of green spaces nearby. Though things like restaurants and grocery stores are not within walking distance, there are plenty within driving distance! Downtown Denver, Golden, and even Boulder are not far, and most conveniently, downtown Lakewood is a 5-minute drive away. I would definitely come back, it was a great experience!

I very much enjoyed my stay here! The landlords were so kind and were great communicators. They were kind enough to provide an extra dresser and purchased extra clothes hangers for me. There is enough room to park your car in their driveway. I had a contract at Saint Anthony Hospital and it was less than a 10 minute drive to work. Their house is also close to BelMar. The only con to living here was the 25-30 minute drive to downtown Denver. They also have a dog that barks every now and then, and tends to get the zoomies upstairs so be prepared to hear the dog running around every now and then. After the first week it didnt seem to bother me too much. The noise upstairs was minimal and Id gladly stay here again. 10/10 experience! They even got me a going away gift :)
