Groovy 3 br steps to beach

My husband and I stayed here from Feb-April 2024 and it has been our favorite rental to date! The house is beautiful with the hand painted murals and pops of color everywhere. There is a ton of natural light due to the numerous windows. It is a 5-10 min walk to the beach which is incredible! The king bed is also the most comfortable bed we have slept on. M is a great host to work with, always responsive and checked in on us during the last big snowstorm (all was well!). I wish we could have stayed here longer!

My husband & I absolutely loved staying at 1 Surf Ave! We are both surfers, so being walking distance to long sands beach was so convenient. This house has amazing sun in the morning, shining into the sunroom, perfect for morning book reading & relaxation on days off! There is a grill & deck with privacy perfect for warmer weather. Plenty of amenities in the shed for summer time fun as well. The master bedroom is on ground floor, in close proximity to the bathroom. King size bed was very comfortable. Each room has AC split to keep cool on warmer days. Having 3 bedrooms was super convenient when having guests over. The wall paintings were all hand done by M, super impressive! I think the photos say it all for this property. M and her husband were available whenever we needed them, which wasn't much, with this recently renovated property. They were super easy to get along with and flexible to our needs. We wish we could have stayed forever! You wont regret staying here :)
