More Than a RentalA Home Away From Home! My stay at Kathleen's private suite was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, Kathleen proved to be a gracious, kind, and respectful host who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. The level of service here is unparalleled. On top of providing a beautiful space, she cleaned the room and bathroom and handled my laundry every single weekend. This is a game-changer for a traveler and something I am incredibly grateful for. The room itself is stunningly largeI'm not exaggerating when I say it could comfortably fit four king-sized beds! Coming from a small apartment in Los Angeles, the space felt luxurious and regal. As a show-goer, the location was ideal. Being just 15 minutes from the Vegas Strip made getting to and from venues completely stress-free. If you're looking for a clean, spacious, and well-cared-for suite with a host who treats you like family, look no further. I will definitely be booking here again!

Great room and landlord!

The first thing you'll notice when walking in your room is how spacious it is. It is creatively decorated and has everything you need to relax and rewind after work. The room and your laundry is cleaned once a week, which is so convenient and helpful for those of us with busy schedules. K is a friendly and thoughtful landlord and is always making sure that you're comfortable and have everything you need to have a pleasant time. As someone without a car in Vegas, the convenience of the bus stop being right down the block cannot be overlooked (I would still highly recommend getting a car, if you can afford it, as Vegas overall is not a pedestrian/bike-friendly city). I would absolutely recommend this property for any traveling professional looking for a clean and safe stay!
