Wonderful Stay

Made this condo our home for an enjoyable three months, during my knee replacement recovery. Everything is contemporary and well done throughout, spotless. Very comfortable unit, loved that couch! Easy accesses to I-70 and 285 and its convenient location for shopping and dining made it so enjoyable. Very quiet complex, well-lit at night as well. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and easy to contact. Highly recommend it.

Great Stay!

I stayed here for 3 months on a travel assignment. The unit is very clean and has very nice appliances and furniture. Theres so much space in the unit and located in a nice, safe, quiet area. Id recommend staying here. Jen was easy to work with and very responsive.

Great property.

This property was great to stay at during my travel assignment. It was 5 mins from St Anthonys hospital. It was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The neighbors that did see me were always nice. The place was decorated cute and had all the kitchen utensils to make it feel like your home while you were staying there. If you ever needed anything from Jennifer she was quick to respond.

Comfy and More

This condo is clean, comfortable, decorated tastefully, and is outfitted with all the amenities one could want. The owner is professional, helpful, and someone you will appreciate. The neighbors are pleasant and respectful. We enjoyed a great place to stay in a very convenient location while searching for a house to buy.

Would definitely stay again

Loooooved our stay here! The condo is clean and updated. Didn't have a single issue the entire 6 months I was here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe (definitely a plus if renting alone). J really is the best person I've rented from and I'm glad I rented from her, especially with this being my first time using Furnished Finder

Great 1 bedroom and great host

This is a great and comfortable 1 bedroom with updated appliances. Very clean. Great location. J was a great host and while we never really needed any help because everything ran smoothly, she was super responsive for the few things we needed/asked.
