Eagles Nest Apartments

Great Apartment!

The apartment at Eagles Nest was so clean. The appliances, washer/dryer, everything clean. Andrew was great at accommodating any requests and always kept you informed of any maintenance to be done in the apartment. The building is a secure building and I always felt very safe. The location is downtown close to restaurants, coffee shops, river, and other boutique shops.

Best Location in Cape Girardeau

I'm traveling healthcare staff and I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment here for about a year. The unit was pretty big, especially the kitchen which had a ton of counter space. The unit had all the amenities, waher and dryer, and each bedroom had a king size bed that were both very comfortable. The location was great too. Not just because it was close to the hospital I worked at, but it's in a walkable area near downtown Cape Girardeau which has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and events going on during spring and summer. Andrew was incredibly helpful and accommodating, he even had given me a ride to work once or twice when I was having car issues. If I'm working in Cape again, I'd definitely try to stay here again.

Clean, safe, and convenient!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Eagles Nest while on contract at Mercy! The unit was clean on arrival, and all appliances worked properly. It is conveniently located minutes from the river, downtown area, college, and Mercy hospital. Andrew was very responsive, accommodating, and kept tenants up to date with ample notice about regular maintenance. I never once felt bothered or unsafe.

Pleasant stay

A the owner was very accommodating, responsive and accessible. The building is secured and well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet. Cape is small so everything is relatively close. Thank you.

Safe place to stay

A helped me when I got to Cape and didnt have a place to stay. The rental I lined up initially was not somewhere I wanted to stay once I saw it on person. I showed up early in the morning on a Sunday, and he was still willing to help me. I got into this apartment that day even though he was not fully prepare for a tenant yet. Since I got here, I have felt safe a secure even though I am traveling by myself. I know that if I need anything, I can contact A and he is happy to help. I would absolutely recommend renting here.

Great Place to Stay

Awesome small apartment which is fully furnished with everything you need! Plenty of space and has an in unit washer/dryer!! The building is a secure building and a quiet building. Feel very safe and secure. Assigned parking spot for each unit. Located downtown by several restaurants, coffee shops and retail store. I loved staying here!
