Comfortable, Clean and Quiet

This is a Goldilocks house - not too big, not too small, and has everything you need. Great location for commuting in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of green space and trails to walk your dog. Having in-unit laundry and two spots for off-street parking is super convenient too!

AMAZING HOME!

My girlfriend and I have been traveling around the country for 2 years staying in various different furnished finder homes, and this was by far our favorite place to stay! The house itself was so cozy, homey, and had great decorations and furniture. Plenty of space for our work from home setups, and just a great vibe. The backyard was beautiful and felt like you were out in nature with tons of birds and other wildlife while still having a nice fenced in area for your pet or self. You can even walk a nature trail just a few minute walk from the house as a creek runs back there. S and D are amazing hosts, and will respond immediately to any questions. We ended up becoming great friends with them and hung out frequently! Close to various restaurants, grocery store, plenty of food delivery options. Once again, this was our favorite home out of over 9 places we have stayed in our 2+ years, and we would be back here in a heartbeat if we were to ever be in Austin again!

Outstanding Property

I cannot say enough good things about this property, S****, or D****. This is hands down the best house I have rented since Ive been traveling. Theres a place for everything, the rooms are perfectly arranged, and everything is easily accessible. Having sliding glass doors to look out was great for my dog. There is also a fenced in yard so you feel completely safe letting your dog go out there. The neighborhood is in a great location. I always felt safe and never had trouble getting to restaurants or shopping. I wish I could have packed it up and taken it with me for all of my travels.
