Cozy and convenient

I stayed in this well appointed apartment for 3 months while working at Loyola Hospital nearby. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, shops and stores. Brie is a considerate host that made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment has absolutely every comfort of home which made it feel very warm and welcoming. I would definitely not hesitate to book again and I highly recommend this spot!

Perfect location and very comfortable apartment. B is fantastic and super responsive. I am a working professional (lawyer) and was in need of temporary housing in Oak Park. This turned out to be the ideal solution. Highly recommend.

What is there not to love about this apartment?! Perfect location, convenient, and extremely welcoming! Would stay again in a heartbeat! If youre looking for a complaint or a reason not to stay, I dont have one! So, What are you waiting for?!

Wonderful place for healthcare worker/student

I stayed here from August-November 2024 with my cat to be close to Rush University Medical Center. Quiet and comforting, I enjoyed the spacious residence. B was very accommodating to me with my inconsistent work/school schedule to work out my parking situation. I plan to rent here again the next time I come back to Chicago! Definitely recommended, I shared the link to my colleagues as well:)

Very nice

I recently stayed as a medical student for clinical rotations. The place was very clean. The area was close to food and shopping. B was very nice, professional, and always communicated promptly to messages. I'm very happy I stayed there and would gladly recommend it to others.

I am a student traveling for clinical rotations and recently stayed at this residence. The apartment was in great condition and very updated. B was amazing and very accommodating to any issues we did have, which were minimal. I am glad I chose to stay at this location.
