Hello! Welcome to our Peralta rental! We are excited to have you rent our newly remodeled home for your stay. We are located near a list of hospitals, major surface streets, 3 major freeways and of course an international airport thats 10-15 mins away. Our Home is a 1,300 sqft house in a culdesac lot with large backyard. It does have a casita on the side yard that we also rent out but they have all their own amenities and back...

We are very close to a handful of hospitals in the region. Our neighborhood was built in the early 70s and we love the character it has. We are only several houses away from a very large park with fields and a newly renovated playground and also a very nice well lit canal for walks/runs. We are less than 3 miles from two major freeways, the 101 and the 60 and about 5 miles from the 202.

I would like to say thank you to Victor Melissa for being the best hosts. They were always a text away from all our needs. They were so understanding to our situation. The location is great and the house itself was so welcoming and loving. My family and I enjoyed the stay there from March 2025 - July 2025. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is quiet. The house has everything you need and the yard is so big. 1st night we stayed there was like being home away from home. So cozy, peaceful and relaxing. Total recommend this property.
V and M are great hosts. Always quick to respond and return our deposit. The Casita is very well equipped and the washer dryer is awesome. It is located close to anything you may need or want to do. Just a short drive to South mountain for some great hiking. There is also a park nearby where you can walk a dog or just take a walk. Always felt safe and welcome the 2 months we stayed.
I've stayed at his property for three months and really enjoyed it. The owners are very nice and responsive to anything you might need. The casita is cozy, beautifully decorated, and in a great location on a quiet street near a park and close to shopping/restaurants. I especially appreciated all of the extras provided like laundry detergent, toilet paper, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, etc. This property was perfect for me and I would 100& recommend it!
