Excellent Stay, Quiet, Safe, and Clean

I stayed at this property from March 1 to May 31, and it was an excellent experience. The space was private and thoughtfully designed, with a dividing exterior wall from the main house that made it feel like my own place. I also loved having my own yard, which added to the comfort and convenience of the stay. The home was clean, quiet, and safe, and communication with the host was always clear and prompt. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a private, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay.

I would like to say thank you to Victor Melissa for being the best hosts. They were always a text away from all our needs. They were so understanding to our situation. The location is great and the house itself was so welcoming and loving. My family and I enjoyed the stay there from March 2025 - July 2025. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is quiet. The house has everything you need and the yard is so big. 1st night we stayed there was like being home away from home. So cozy, peaceful and relaxing. Total recommend this property.

Mesa Casita

V and M are great hosts. Always quick to respond and return our deposit. The Casita is very well equipped and the washer dryer is awesome. It is located close to anything you may need or want to do. Just a short drive to South mountain for some great hiking. There is also a park nearby where you can walk a dog or just take a walk. Always felt safe and welcome the 2 months we stayed.

I've loved this Casita!

I've stayed at his property for three months and really enjoyed it. The owners are very nice and responsive to anything you might need. The casita is cozy, beautifully decorated, and in a great location on a quiet street near a park and close to shopping/restaurants. I especially appreciated all of the extras provided like laundry detergent, toilet paper, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, etc. This property was perfect for me and I would 100& recommend it!
