Cozy 8 months stay
The space was beautifully decorated, mostly quiet, and had a nice cozy feel to it. The living space was adequately designed. I would note to be careful with the corner edge of the shower as I have stubbed my toes and tripped over it a lot and that there isn't a bathroom door, it's a curtain right when you walk through the front door. The landlords B and M are really accommodating, sweet, and quick to address any problems! Highly recommend this place

Amazing experience!
As a traveling healthcare professional for the last few years, I've had many landlords -- but nothing beats these two! The unit was perfect for my stay there and they were so responsive and helpful. You probably are a 10-15 minute drive outside of downtown/midtown Sacramento but very easy to get in and out. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in the area!!

Could not speak higher about B and M and the space they have created! Such welcoming hosts that helped with anything I needed and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The space was the perfect set up that I needed for a 3-month stay - had everything I needed and I felt at home!

Cozy and Great place to stay
I stayed this studio for 2months. It was a great and cozy place! B and M are a great host! They are very nice and kindness people. Also, you can use separate washer and dryer (this is a great point for this studio). Additionally, it is very close to lots of grocery stores and downtown. I highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous Studio
Great home. We stayed for a 16 week contract in Sacramento from Chicago and had everything we needed. B and M are an amazing couple always made sure we were doing okay. Super positive experience staying with them. Located in a safe neighborhood and we didnt experience and issues.
