Great spot for the price
Right next to golden gate park and in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was really comfortable and I was provided with sufficient kitchenware, and there was plenty of storage space. The main downside of this place is that you are not able to control the heat, which during the winter months when I was there was challenging. The owner (who lives upstairs) has the thermostat and only turns the heat on at night from about 7-10 pm, making it nice and cozy at night. But then in the morning and sometimes during the day it was often cold and I had no ability to change that. So bring extra blankets and sweaters if you go in the winter. Other than that, the fridge is nice and new, stove works well, and the location is great.
