Great Place to Stay!!

I absolutely loved my time at 944 S Ridgewood! The unit was impeccably clean and well kept. Management is great about responding to any problems or issues you may have while staying there. The units kitchens and bathrooms are also updated and give you a taste of having a more modern but still comfortable vibe. I couldnt recommend staying at this property more!

I really loved my stay here at this unit. It had everything I needed and more. The neighborhood it was in was quiet too, which made sleeping during the day, after working night shifts, very possible. Anna, the property manager, was also very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

Would come back any time

This cute unit is very comfortable. For someone who is very OCD, I have no complaint at all. The property manager Anna is very accommodating. I would definitely rent again if I am working in the neighborhood.

Studio by Tacoma General Hospital

This studio was perfect for my stay in Tacoma. I was able to walk to work every day. Plenty of street parking, but it is narrow & can be a tight squeeze. The kitchen is equipped with tools for cooking, pots/pans, Keurig, stove/oven & a decent-sized fridge. The apt was impeccably clean & I really appreciated the attention to detail the property manager had taken to make tenants feel welcomed. I stayed from Jun-Nov 2023. It gets a bit warm in the summer, but a fan is provided. In the fall the heating system keeps me warm during those cooler autumn nights. Loved that I had my very own W/D unit. No need to share with other housemates or lug your laundry to a laundromat. Modern design & I loved the keyless entry. I never had trouble with getting groceries or packages delivered. Lastly, Anna is the best! She was so accommodating & answered any questions or concerns that I may have. Made the whole leasing process so easy & painless. Would highly recommend & would gladly rent from here again.

Beautiful apartment

Beautifully finished apartment in Tacoma, great for a short term option. Location is ideal for multiple hospitals, walking distance if you want to walk. Good amount of parking out front and along the street, didnt have any issues with break-ins. Very poor internet connection, had difficulty watching anything, downloading emails, something to consider if youre thinking of working from home here. Also, for night shift workers, there are blinds but no curtains, it is very bright even with an eye mask.
