Excellent Accommodations

H**** and S** were perfect hosts! Attentive to any needs (additional towels, cooking pots etc) and quick to make any minor repairs or maintenance that came up during my stay (shower drain, lightbulbs etc). Separate and private unit with private entrance through the garage, but with the convenience of onsite hosts to receive packages and attend to timely maintenance. Quiet neighborhood, but a cheap Uber to downtown PHX for a night out. I made frequent use of the lemon and orange trees in the back yard. Clean and well cared for. All appliances were in good working condition. I started with a 3 month agreement and when my travel healthcare contract extended another 3 months I extended my stay here as well. If I make my way back to the Phoenix area this will be my first choice for housing again.
