Private and Comfortable

Sam and Heidi were fantastic hosts during my stay as a travel RN at their casita. Everything new, comfortable, and spotless clean. If any questions arose, they were very helpful and always available too. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay, and only minutes away from downtown Phoenix and all the sightseeing and day trips available to visitors and locals. Charming Comfortable Quiet

This is an awesome property and we are so happy we stayed. Hosts H&S were so inviting, friendly and attentive. Apartment was everything you could ask for. Cozy, equipped, spotless, light and airy and very roomy. Quiet neighborhood close to freeways, downtown, restaurants, shopping and business centers. Could not have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend. We were here for almost 2 months. Would go more stars if I could. Thank you H&S!

Excellent Accommodations

H**** and S** were perfect hosts! Attentive to any needs (additional towels, cooking pots etc) and quick to make any minor repairs or maintenance that came up during my stay (shower drain, lightbulbs etc). Separate and private unit with private entrance through the garage, but with the convenience of onsite hosts to receive packages and attend to timely maintenance. Quiet neighborhood, but a cheap Uber to downtown PHX for a night out. I made frequent use of the lemon and orange trees in the back yard. Clean and well cared for. All appliances were in good working condition. I started with a 3 month agreement and when my travel healthcare contract extended another 3 months I extended my stay here as well. If I make my way back to the Phoenix area this will be my first choice for housing again.
