Great stay

Great Host, T is very nice and respectful as well as Craig (host's son also lives in the property but on the opposite side). House is spacious and clean. Neighborhood is safe as well. If you value privacy it'll be a great place for you. Room is cozy and bed is comfy. Location is convenient close to the freeway and grocery stores (Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, etc) are all within 10 mins away. Quite a lot of food places and downtown are within 20 mins drive. I'd definitely come back again if I'm in the area!

Great Room to Stay in Bakersfield

Quiet neighborhood. The owner and housemates are friendly and respectful. Conveniently located near a gas station, shopping malls, a clinic, and grocery stores. The house is clean and provides sufficient space for kitchen items and the fridge. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a room in the Bakersfield area.

I had a great stay at this home. Everyone in the house was super nice and respectful. Place was clean and quiet (I worked nights). I had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely ask to stay again if I ever came back, and Id highly recommend to others.

One of the best stays in Bakersfield

Truly one of the most blessed properties I have ever stayed out!!! Everyone here is so courteous and respectful!! The room I rented is so cozy and comfortable!!! Doing laundry and cooking here was great and I appreciate everyone's hospitality each and everyday!!! If and when I come back to Bakersfield I would absolutely come back!!! I appreciate this experience out here and how amazing the accommodations were. Everything from the grocery store to the mall is so conveniently close!!! Even my gym was on 6 minutes away!!! Highly recommend if you're ever contracted here in Bakersfield

Great stay

This is a wonderful place! I have lived here for a few months and I couldnt be more happier to live here. The other house guest are very professional and respectful. When you have any questions or concerns they take care of you at that moment. The house and rooms are clean and quite. The neighborhood is so quite and clean. The neighbors are all so nice and say hi everytime you see them. I loved staying here and would definitely stay again when coming back in town. I cant say enough nice things about this place.

Wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! I am a night nurse. The home was very quiet throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room had a huge TV, refrigerator space, and it was in a very safe neighborhood. T the owner was extremely kind and responsive. I have plans to stay here again on a future assignment. It was truly my favorite residence that Ive stayed in since I started traveling in Bakersfield 3 months ago.
