Perfect place for me to rent.

Perfect experience with a great location, and peaceful Neighborhood. Landlord is very professional with compassion. Great communication skills. He made sure everything was ok, and ask if he needed anything to perfect to let him know. I felt like I was home. The amenities are excellent. Parking my car was very comfortable. The Property is cozy. The maintanace was outstanding. I loved the shower and bed and stove. I thanked him.

Perfect for Skyline Travelers

This place is so close to Skyline hospital. I could be there in 7 minutes. Very cozy with great internet and awesome water pressure. I'm gonna miss that shower. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood. A Walgreens and Dollar General are close by. It's a basement apt but you never hardly see the owner. A is a good dude and you don't find too many like him. A motion light will come on if you come in after dark. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable. Had all I needed. Property owner great people! Always responsive and always ready to go above and beyond! Would recommend to anyone!
