Beautiful Home/Quiet neighborhood

Very cozy, updated home that worked very well for this traveler. Very quite neighborhood. House is situated on a large lot perfect for time outside. Has a fully equipped kitchen for all cooking needs and a pantry for food storage. Loved the living room sectional, it was very comfortable. Great water pressure! Very close to the hospital I worked at. A con for this home- no central air, window units only. So when you are watching TV in the living room it's a bit loud. Also, bedroom upstairs, the window unit is at the head of the bed, so right where your pillow lies. The back bedrooms typically stay pretty warm. Jacob is a great owner, communicates well and is very accommodating!

This house is perfect for travelers (even multiple, if you don't mind share housing, which I do), and the owner, Jacob, is very responsive to any questions or requests. There were some basic items missing when I arrived, and when I brought it to his attention, he quickly ordered them on Amazon for me. It's a new remodel and the bathrooms and kitchen are great! The only negatives for me were no central A/C (but there is a window unit for the upstairs master BR) and lack of shopping (Target, drug store, etc) in the neighborhood. The positives outweigh the negatives, tho, and I would definitely stay here again!
