Sweet room...clean stay...responsible owner
No words to describe how satisfied I was with the stay...I stayed in this house for almost 2years ...never had any problem with other housemates...clean rooms..very responsible owner..I felt very safe to stay in this neighborhood...owner is available to fix any issues then and there itself...common areas are kept in great condition by the housekeeping staff ..I will certainly go back to his place if I visit Chicago again

My stay at this property was amazing! Teddy is extremely responsive when something needs attention. Bi-weekly cleaning service for the common areas which helps keep the place spotless. Provides household proucts which was fantastic. Location is fantastic for bus service, ease of street parking and grocery services. Would highly recommend this property!

Book it!!
I had an amazing stay at this place. Extremely cozy and everything looks just like the pictures and better. Teddy the owner is awesome as well. He provides a lot of the home essentials and that really helps. He is also quick at responding. Neighborhood is good, I always found parking, just make sure to ask Teddy for a parking pass. Overall 100/10. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an exceptional stay at this property! Everything is as pictured, possibly better. Conveniently located, it provided all the essentials essential for a student completing an electiveample linen, towels, pots, pans, plates, and more. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Hi, First of all location is right next to downtown, major hospitals. Owner is very prompt and is very responsive. Quiet peaceful environment to study/work.

Great Stay as a Visiting Medical Student!
Visiting medical student; I had an amazing time at this property! Great location near Rush with multiple locks and gated parking. Lots of great amenities including in unit washer/dryer, huge kitchen and living room space, and in-suite jacuzzi. T was easy to reach if I needed anything and was very responsive. 10/10 would recommend!
