Cozy, Private Studio with Friendly Landlord and Great Location
I recently spent 12 months in Kent and had a wonderful experience. The studio is quiet, private, and cozy, making it a perfect retreat. The landlord was friendly and responsive, and the neighbors were welcoming. The location is also a big plus, with Soos Creek Trail just a short walk away, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. Overall, its been a great place to call home, and I highly recommend it.

Great place!
I had a great experience living here for 3 months as a travel RN. Perfect in the middle between Seattle and Tacoma (30 min to get to either). Neighborhood felt safe as a single woman, good lighting and fenced backyard. Landlord, L, and her son are super sweet and welcoming, brought me homemade soup and garden tomatoes when I moved in, and very responsive if you need something fixed. Neighbors are super nice too!

Safe and Perfect for people Traveling for work
The owner is wonderful and the place is private. Its very cozy and perfect for people traveling for work. I stayed here for 3 months and it fit all of my needs. A home base that you can relax in.
