We really enjoyed our stay at Carl's place. It was perfectly located for working at Mary Bridge Hospital and being central to everything in Tacoma. The place was spotless when we moved in and Carl was very quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommend!

Super cool place to stay in Tacoma!

I loved staying here. Loved the layout. It is literally 4 min from Tacoma General. The apt is in the back of the detached garage (so you have your privacy) and has its own parking space right outside the front door. Most parking in Tacoma is street parking, so it was secure and super easy to move in and out. I love cooking and the kitchen was spacious and had everything I needed. Private laundry is right next door in the garage and very convenient. Carl, the landlord is great! If there was ever an issue, he was there to take care of it the same day. He is a local realtor and knows what it takes to make his guests feel safe, secure, and taken care of. Highly recommend this property - if I would complain about anything I would recommend getting a larger water heater for the space.

We really enjoyed our 3 month stay at Carls place. It was a very convenient location for us working at the hospital and our dogs loved the short walk to the nearby park. Those two things alone made our every day lives much simpler. The place was spotless when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Carl was always quick to respond and helped with any questions that we may have had. Overall, I would recommend Carls place to anyone looking for a hassle free spot in the heart of Tacoma!

Had a great stay! Place is very convenient to the hospital, and in a nice area. Landlord was very responsive and communicative. Would recommend to any travelers heading to the area

Great landlord and wonderful location

I stayed at this property for 6 months while on an assignment. First off, C is such a great landlord; very quick to respond to my questions, very good at communicating anything I need to know and very welcoming when I moved in. The apartment is clean, has everything you need from towels, bedding (and the bed is so comfortable!), and kitchen tools. The location is great; about 8 minutes from Walmart and other stores, 15 minutes to the beach, and 5 minutes from downtown but pretty quiet at night and on the weekends. The patio outside is really nice to have during the warmer months and the neighborhood is fairly nice. I would walk my dog at night by myself and always felt safe. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Best property in Tacoma!

This is such a nice property. Very unique build on the inside with a cool vibe to it. The property owner is a realtor and handles everything very professionally, making sure that everything is functioning properly. He made sure to come by after I moved in to check the ceiling fans and even brought brand new sheets and a mattress pad to make sure it was comfortable. If youre a travel nurse, you are probably aware of the month between contracts causing you to be low on cash. He was very understanding and allowed me to pay the down payment spread out over the first month. After the contract ended he came by to do a quick check and sent the down payment refund back same day. Again, awesome place to live and Ill definitely reach out to book if I ever have another contract in Washington!
