Great value

My husband and myself rented this place for a month. Saw that they had 1 bad review not sure where that came from. Didn't experience anything like that review. Would absolutely rent it again if we returned to the area.

Great place!

My wife and I were traveling and we're going to stay in the area for a couple weeks it was cheaper to rent this house for a month than it was for a hotel stay. We did read the review, but after talking with the owners, (great people, by the way) we decided what the heck and rented it for the month.It suited everything we needed. I do not agree with the review that was written by katie.We experienced none of these things. Noises, outlets, t v issues, whatever they were, I'm going off memory. I would totally rent this again. And I would encourage anybody to as well. Very happy with my experience.

One of my most stressful living experiences

Im uncomfortable leaving any negative reviews and was hesitant to share this, but I dont want someone to have to experience all of the stress that I went through. While Kayla did try to address these issues, most were never resolved. -Very weak wifi signal. I'm a mental health therapist, and had to do some of my sessions in my car. -TV was not functional for 6/8 weeks. It could not connect to any streaming services. -Fan made a loud clicking sound. The light on the fan would also randomly turn on in the middle of the night. I was informed to not use it, she would get a box fan, never happened. -Top rung of ladder to loft was half way out of the slot. Never fixed. -Vacuum cleaner did not work when I moved in. I didnt have a functional vacuum for the first month. -Ant problem last week I was there after pest control came,threw out food, and saw ants whenever I ate meals. - Also,stains all over the couch, scratches/dog hair embedded in the front door, hole in the corner of the ceiling.
