Updated one bedroom apartment close to downtown

I really enjoyed my stay here it had everything I needed and my dog enjoyed the patio as well. It was clean and I felt safe and it was very close to Christ hospital where I was working. Matt is easygoing and responsive and I would rent from him again!

Responsive Landlord, Spacious Apartment

I stayed in this apartment for 9 months and would recommend. It is on a gentrifying block, but the entrance is very private and the street felt super safe - I walked my dog before and after shift and never had issues...also street parked the entire time with no trouble. Tons of room here, and though it is basement level, it's on a hill so lots of great light, especially in the living room and kitchen. Appliances in the kitchen seemed new/in great condition. M was a great landlord and was very responsive anytime I had questions or minor maintenance issues. Very near to Christ and UC, and would not have been a bad commute to Good Sam.

The best host ever

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay here. M was very accommodating and the best host ever. The location is sooo perfect, 5 min drive to downtown. it really was a great location. It is close to the university of cincinnati so the area is safe, i have walked around in the neighbor and i havent had any issue.

Cincy Stay

Great little spot in Cincy! The apartment is on a quiet street and is within walking distance to many restaurants near the college and down towards the City proper. Kroger nearby and easy to get to the interstates if you need to go further! Also a nice little park nearby to wander around in!
