Comfortable and quiet home away from home

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. I rented the basement unit, which included a cozy sitting area, kitchenette, bedroom, and private bathroom. The bedroom had all the little touches that made it feel like home, such as a white noise fan, a dresser and mirror for unpacking, a nightstand, and plenty of towels. The large, comfortable couch and TV made it easy to relax in the evenings. There were a few other guests staying in the upstairs rooms during my visit, but I rarely saw them. When I did, they were quiet and respectful, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The location is another big plus. It is close to major streets while still tucked away in a quiet, low traffic area. Overall, it was the perfect place for my month long stay, and I would happily stay there again.

Everett was accommodating from the beginning. Very clean home with lots of space. Great location. The amount of privacy offered was appreciated. Perfect for the travel professional. I highly recommend.

Great place

I'm a traveling electrician and this was a great place for travelers to stay nice neighborhood and very clean rooms with very space if I ever comeback to Nebraska I will book again. Landlord was very helpful and will work with you.

Homeowner and other tenants were wonderful and accommodating. Lots of space with everything I needed. Great location in quiet neighborhood near lots of groceries, shopping, and food.

Really enjoyed staying in this residence. Had nice peace of mind for my property while I was away for work. Never had a bother from the neighbors & the home owner. Always asked if I needed anything & how I was doing. Very respectful of my space & would certainly reside here if the opportunity presented again.

Quiet Place

E was very welcoming and attended to any concerns I had immediately. The kitchen has everything you might need to make great food and the location is close to tons of great shopping and restaurants. The basement has a kithenette which is nice and wonderful TV setup. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing, E was very accommodating and understanding, and went out of his way to make sure that you were comfortable and adjusting well to the area , just about everything was supplied for you, the house was clean and it was extremely quiet which as a night shifter I very much appreciated and it was an overall an amazing experience. Also he takes the time to review and check everyone who comes in so you don't have to worry about living with crazy people.

Great Experience

I had a fantastic experience renting E's basement while I was on a contract with the local hospital. His communication was exceptional, always prompt and clear. The level of privacy he provided was impressive, and I felt comfortable and secure throughout my stay. E was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend him as a host!

AWESOME!!!

The short description from the owner does not do this place justice. He was much more accommodating than I initially expected. As a traveling Wind Turbine Technician, I've stayed in a number of places throughout the U.S., and this one is hands down my favorite. The house is in a great location in the city, with everything you need or want extremely close by. The house itself is kept very clean (I'm OCD, so it's a thing). It is a very safe, friendly neighborhood. I had a great time speaking with and getting to know the host, and would not stay anywhere else should I need to return to the area for work. At various times, the host went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Being a fan of food in general, I appreciated the host's knowledge on all of the best places to eat in the area. Brand new washer and dryer units located on the main floor definitely made the stay much more convenient. Thank you again for being part of the journey!

I stayed here for 3 months in the spring. Owner very accommodating. Quiet environment, paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, & cups provided. He even supplied the coffee (which I drink a lot of). Nice roomy area. Bed very comfortable! Never ever ran out of hot water! Even with the roommates on the floor above me it was quiet. Parking in driveway. You really can't go wrong with this property. Hes great at communicating. The place is everything. Rooms and house is very clean! Near a lot of food places if I ever go back Id most definitely try here first! This place is 5 starsss!!

Travel Nurse

I stayed at this property starting in September of 2022. The owner E is fantastic! The property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. E is very attentive. He provides all toiletries (tissue, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc). If anything breaks or malfunctions - he will try to fix it OR buy a new one. The area where I stayed is spacious, clean and perfect for travels nurses going solo. Theres also room for pairs upstairs. Hes very knowledgeable of the area. He provides great recommendations for shopping, entertainment and food. E is also a pretty cool person! Hes fun to hang out with and even made me a birthday dinner! If you come to Nebraska, I highly recommend reaching out to E for his availability.

Very clean and quiet property. Owner of property was very accommodating to guests. Full access to kitchen and all items were useable and in good working order. Shared bathroom with washer and dryer was easy to use, clean and in good working order. If anything ever needed any attention the owner was right on it. Safe Neighborhood was beautiful with access to walking jogging and biking. Location was great with many local stores for groceries centrally located to shopping mall and fast food. I would have stayed longer but needed to come home for a job.
