Lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex in South Austin

We stayed at this great duplex for three months from January until April. It is located just off Menchaca Blvd. in South Austin close to restaurants and grocery stores. The duplex is very cozy and clean. Kelli and Matt were very accommodating and attentive. If any problem arose, they were quick to respond. Highly recommend this residence for a comfortable stay in South Austin.

Highly Recommended South Austin Duplex

I had a great experience staying at this property for 2 months. First and foremost, the hosts were everything you could ask for-friendly, helpful, and super responsive. The 2 bed/2 bath duplex was exactly as pictured: clean, modern, and very comfortable. Both bedrooms had walk-in closets with hangers, and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were really nice with good water pressure and touch-screen vanity mirrors, which was a great touch. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is perfect for remote work or a hybrid position. I loved the Smart TV with all the apps you could want, a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, and the convenience of having access to a garage. The street was quiet, and the neighbors were too-I only heard the dog in the attached unit a couple of times. This place had everything I needed and felt like home. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any traveling professional.

A great place to stay in Austin

We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. The location is really great, convenient to lots of places in south Austin, and just a very short 15 min drive to downtown. An easy walk to a grocery store, good coffee/pastry shop, and more. But still in a nice safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is half of a duplex, but we rarely heard the people in the other half. The house was nicely furnished, with all the linens, pans, dishes, etc. that we needed. Wifi worked great. It's a nice 2-bedroom 2-bath place which is fully modernized -- the bathrooms and showers were great, and the kitchen is all very modern appliances. The hosts/landlords were super friendly and helpful. We'ld definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Duplex in South Austin

I stayed at K and M's property for 5 months while in town for work. The unit is very nice on the inside, recently renovated. The unit is in a very quiet and safe area. Minimal noise heard from shared wall in duplex (occasional dog barking). Both beds are comfortable and bathrooms are great. Access to a garage which is nice. Kitchen equipped with enough things to get by. Not too far from downtown (traffic depending) with a suburban feel. Landlords are flexible, responsive and accommodating. I have no complaints and would definitely stay again!

Nice Duplex in South Austin

This home is a 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex. The duplex was recently remodeled and has comfortable beds, along with cool touch screen vanity lights in the bathrooms. The living room is cozy, and the house is decorated in nice colors of blues and greys along with Austin touches throughout the house. It was nice to have a fully furnished home which included linens and towels along with a fully equipped kitchen and full-size washer and dryer. There is also a garage and a place to park your car in the driveway. There is a shared wall with the lady next door, but she is quiet, and you only hear her dog bark from time to time. K and M are great! Easy to communicate with and very responsive. If you are looking for a short-term rental and a place to show up with just your clothes and own toiletries - this is the place for you to call home.

Cozy Super Cute Austin Duplex

K and M are the best! Generous and down to earth and have thought of everything to make their home a comfy stay. This was my first assignment as a travel nurse and after seeing the home in person it put much of stress at ease. The home is a duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed, walk in closet, and bathroom with shower and the coolest touch screen vanity light! The second bedroom where my snoring hubs slept on the nights I worked was also furnished with a queen bed. The second bathroom in the hallway is roomy and has a bathtub shower and another cool vanity light! The very tasteful living room is decorated with Austin touches, pretty blues and has a cozy fireplace. The kitchen was fully equipped, tastefully decorated and has a modern washer and dryer. The driveway has plenty of room for 2 cars. There is a small backyard and a quaint sitting area in the front. The unit does share a wall with the other duplex unit, the gal that lives there is quiet and keeps to herself. The neighborhood is older but the folks that live there are friendly and look out for one another. I worked at St Davids South Austin, my drive was about 8-10 minutes. The house is also equipped with every google gadget you can think of! The door is keyless entry, TV is modern with all the channel apps. I honestly cant think of one thing that would have improved my stay- I will miss this cozy home. Thank you K and M for going above and beyond!
