New remodel 2 bed/1ba in vintage triplex

Before I even say a word about the apartment, I have to say J and G are two of the kindest, most thoughtful and loving humans I've been able to know. They made such a beautiful space. The beds are cozy, incredible pillows, amazing linens, black out blinds. I worked nights and when I came home I was excited to climb into bed. You are close to the interstate, wonderful coffee shops, shopping, grocery stores, etc. I worked in Kirkland and felt this commute was pretty easy. We had my sister and brother in law come and they loved the big porch and aesthetics of the place. I told J all the time, I loved the bathroom. There is a fan and heat option that every woman should have. My husband loved the kitchen and updated appliances and wonderful pans and dishes. The washer and dryer were super efficient and I loved the upstairs tenant. If you feel you are ever missing anything, or need anything, they want to know. I've never met more responsive property managers. I will miss them.

Loved this little gem of an apartment! The move in process was easy and went smoothly. Three minute drive to Providence Regional Hospital and if you wanted to walk you could easily do that as well. The apartment is so homey, COMFORTABLE & cute. Everything you could think of was provided and if I did happen to need something, a quick text to J (landlord) and POOF it appeared! If my personal situation were different I would be staying here for sure, but that is not the case. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you value comfort, convenience and quality. You won't regret it!

J was excellent to work with. She is a great communicator and very kind. She was also easy to talk to and very honest. The place is very clean and cozy and they did a great job with the bathroom remodel. If I ever needed anything she was very responsive and efficient.
