Honestly, if I lived in Spokane, I probably would just stay here long term. This place has everything you need. The location is amazing, right next to Perry Street with great food, awesome places to walk, quiet neighborhoods, and kind and friendly neighbors. This place had everything I needed, from kitchen stuff to laundry, internet, and air conditioning when it got really hot during the summer. Tanya was extremely helpful at basically any hour of the day if things ever came up. I loved living here. It was close to Sacred Heart Medical Center (20 minute walk) perfect for travel nurses! The 45 bus is just outside your house and takes you everywhere you need to go if you do not have a vehicle. I would highly recommend this place for anyone and look forward to rebooking again!

Great home away from home!

Property was very clean and stocked with everything you need to be at home away from home, except your personal items. Decorated with darling vintage accents Along with the modern conveniences like a tv, internet, phone charging station. Would definitely rent again if I came this way. Surroundings were quiet for day/night working and sleeping. Landlord very responsive and friendly!
