Great location in the heart of Glenwood Springs!

My husband, myself and our 2 yr old stayed at this location for a few months while my husband was working on a temporary job. The place is cutely decorated and well furnished as well as clean. We were happy with the accommodations. The owners were very nice and responsive to our needs - before moving the owners sent over a guide of what places to eat/visit while in the area, overall very helpful! The location was great, we were walking distance to the main strip in Glenwood. Would recommend staying here!

What a GREAT location!

fabulous location. was here in Glenwood Springs for work at Valley View Hospital. perfect location to the hospital. 0.98 miles. no need to move the car to access the eateries on the main road (Grand Ave). this place is perfect. full sized HE GE washer & dryer. bathroom is huge. open concept of the living room & kitchen. kitchen has gas stove, dishwasher, KitchenAid mixer, & microwave for all your cooking needs. i brought my ninja foodi 13 in 1 pressure cooker so i didn't need to use the supplied air fryer or instapot in the kitchen. everything is within walking distance. closet grocery store is less than 1/2mi. i would definitely stay here again. the landlord is very much available whenever you need her. highly, highly recommend this place.

Summer 2023 Stay

This was a wonderful place to stay for the summer! I was working in town and the location was great for getting to work and getting to places in town. A was always responsive and made sure the place was comfortable for me.
