Wonderful Experience

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Working with Greg from day 1 was perfect! He was always very quick to answer any questions I had! The home is breathtaking! When I arrived, Greg showed me the entire house and gave me a little history on it, which made my stay that much more perfect. I will definitely be staying here next time I travel to Maine! Thank you Greg for being so accommodating!! Truly appreciate everything.

Cozy Maine stay

I stayed in the Crown Room for almost seven months and felt so at home! The house is beautiful and bright and in an excellent location- grocery store is right across the street and walking distance from the Amtrak station, which was so handy as I traveled to Boston several times! Saco is beautiful- it was so hard to leave! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The room, the house and the landlords are amazing!! I would highly recommend staying here and am sad to leave! I stayed here with my husband and our daughter and the landlords had anything you could need and were so amazing and accommodating!!

Excellent space, great people

The room was great, the perfect amount of space and its own bathroom! The house itself is amazing as well. Greg and Chip are wonderful landlords who have taken on this project of converting and renewing it, and its been a wonder to watch them transform different spaces. They are so easy to get ahold of if there are any concerns. The house has many rooms and the roommates are mostly friendly, quiet, and kind, all traveling healthcare workers as well. I have a dog and the yard and surrounding areas were perfect to let him roam around. The location of the house was close to my work and a quick drive to the beaches and many trails near by!

The best place ever!!!

This place was the absolute best place to stay. I can not recommend this place enough. Not only is the house beautiful and clean and just a treasure in itself, the atmosphere is great and the landlords are even better. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home (in your home away from home) and give great recommendations for the area. I would 1000% come back for any future contracts and stay here again

Loved living here!!

This was absolutely the best place to stay during my contract in Maine. G and C (the property owners) are the absolute best! The house is beautiful, its clean. The owners provide so much and then some! I had the best time living here! I highly recommend this place! It was like a home away from home for me. I already miss the place and the guys! Youd be missing out not to rent here. So safe too!

Great spot in Southern Maine!

I stayed in the Horizon room from August-October. The room was clean and spacious during my stay. G and C work really hard to make sure your stay is comfortable! They also added a full living room with a TV for us roomies to have movie nights, which was nice! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this spot to anyone. Thanks Greg and Chip! -A S

Sweet find in Saco!

My wife, daughter, and I moved into the converted barn unit (Bell Suite) at the beginning of January. My wife is a traveling nurse and I work remotely. In both cases, this was a perfect fit for us. The property is very close to Southern Maine Healthcare and the internet connection is insanely fast (300+ mbps when I tested it last). In addition, the house is in great shape due to the tireless efforts of the awesome property owners Greg and Chip. They go above and beyond to make their property inviting, safe, and comfortable. In case you are unaware, Southern Maine has a serious lack of housing. That being the case, this property was a real find. We snagged it up as quickly as possible.
