Unprofessional management/owners

Property itself is decent but the owners are very unprofessional. First of all they charged me more than the listed price listed on the website. Secondly, they claimed they would make additions to the property like bringing patio furniture which never happened. Thirdly, the landlord picked a final move-out date and rented the unit without telling until a month after she signed with the new tenant. We even had a conversation in that time about when I would move out and she said just let her know whenever, and failed to mention the fact that I now had a move-out date that was decided for me. To be honest I wonder when I was going to find out had I not brought it up. Instead of accepting the miscommunication she blamed it on me and the fact that she "has 9 units to run" as if thats an excuse to be unprofessional and a poor communicator with your clients. Would not recommend this unit based on the headache you might encounter with the management.
