West End- Steps to Maine Med

A Wonderful 6-Month Stay My husband and I recently completed a six-month stay and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with LOTS of counter space in the kitchen. The many windows allow for the gorgeous sunrise and sunset colors to fill the space each day. The location is unbeatable. We were just a short walk away from a variety of fantastic restaurants and local attractions, which made exploring the vibrant neighborhood a daily joy. Strolling around the area was a treat in itself, with beautiful flowers lining the streets and charming architecture at every turn. The owner was exceptionally accommodating and always available to address any requests we had, enhancing our overall experience. There are a couple of things to note for future guests. The proximity to the hospital means that helicopter noise can be quite loud at times but it is infrequent. Additionally, parking can be a bit challenging. Most street spots are limited to 1-3 hours, and the traffic cops love to patrol Vaughan street. Brackett Street is hit less often. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay was overwhelmingly positive. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Portland.

I stayed at Alec's property with my wife and it was one of our favorite properties we've stayed at during our travels. The apartment gets plenty of natural light and is breezy with the windows open. It's in a safe upscale neighborhood with historic mansions and the beautiful western promenade park just a quick walk away (great for watching the sunset). I also appreciated the proximity to Maine Medical Center as I could go from my living room to clocking in less than 5 minutes! Access to Congress street and Old Port is super convenient from the apartment as well. The apartment was spotless on arrival and has all the amenities you could ask for. A is responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend this apartment enough, you will not be disappointed.

My partner and I stayed in A and A's apartment for about a month and half and loved our time there. The apartment is spacious, well furnished with modern appliances, and in a very convenient location. They were both incredibly gracious hosts to us, from answering all of our questions in our first interactions to helping us with anything and everything we might need during our stay. They both really go above and beyond and clearly care about making the apartment the best it can be and giving their tenants the best experience possible. We would happily return anytime and hope that we can in the future!

My husband and I saw this apartment and we both fell in love with the place. After looking at several other places, this one actually felt like it could be home. It was immaculate and all the appliances were modern, of good quality and taste. I loved watching the sunsets from the 3rd floor windows, 3 of which are west facing. Coming up from Texas, I really enjoyed the heated bathroom floors for the cold mornings. I loved the front loader washer and dryer set that are there and beware a lot of the other apartments have coin operated washer /dryers that are ancient. The Wifi (included) worked wonderful and we never had any issues streaming on our Smart TV. We loved to walk to the Western Promenade Park to watch sunsets or just look at the views. There is good AC too for those warm summer days ( a lot of places in Portland do not have this luxury) . A and A were just a text away if we needed anything. Highly recommend this gem!
