Quiet studio close to good food.

This property was very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the Anaheim Packing district. C was very accommodating, discreet, and responsive whenever there was an issue. If you're looking for a place in the area I highly recommend this unit.

Lovely Stay!!

My stay at Cs studio was lovely. She was always very attentive to my needs always kept an open line of communication. I was the first time tenant for the studio so she made a few changes throughout my stay but always gave me a heads up (installed smart TV and changed door lock) It was very nice and clean, all appliances worked well, kitchen equipped with all the basic dishes. Beautiful bathroom stocked with starter hygiene essentials. There was weekly cleaning services written in the lease and C was great about coordinating a time that would work best, especially because I was working nights. Also has laundry on site super convenient. Neighborhood was very quiet peaceful during day and night. Parking was free and easy, just had to move my car to the parking lot of Citrus park on street cleaning day. Aside from leasing the studio she was also very helpful in creating personal goals and always gave great life advice, super supportive. Highly recommend!!
