The wooden floors are original to the house with a modern twist with refrigerated air A/C, WiFi, and blackout cellular shades in both bedrooms. There is an outside sitting area in the back and front yards to enjoy the cool evenings. A walk downtown area takes only 15 minutes!
Space
The place is nice for one person. There is an outdoor clothes line. The backyard has a paved area with outdoor chairs to enjoy the evening weather.
The rental includes a $250 utility allowance for gas and electricity. An added fee of $300 will be added to the monthly rate if more than two people. Please understand, additional people = more utility usage.
