I stayed at this spacious apartment during a 13 week assignment at U Mass and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment had everything I needed and more. The landlord was incredibly accommodating and attentive, promptly addressing any questions or needs that came up during my stay. The location is also a huge plus, safe neighborhood, minutes from the hospital and close to all the major attractions in the city. Highly recommend!

Don't believe everything you see.

We were in a pinch and were able to find this place to stay. Landlord had many red flags, such as not requiring a deposit but had a good story behind why, and then when asked to FaceTime to see place, he sent a prerecorded video instead. We were told cleaning crews were there the day we moved in and would leave the key for us, keys were not in that spot, landlord did not answer phone. So ran around looking for them. Place itself was dirty, fan caked in dirt, and vacuum filled to the brim with hair and dirt for just having cleaners there seemed disgusting. Toilet paper holder fell off wall literally minutes after entering apartment. Front door would only stay shut if dead bolted. Back bedroom window was cracked. Holes in the floor and wall. For December, the neighborhood was very noisy all night long. We vacated the next day, as this was an unsafe space for us to stay with our family. The landlord stated he wouldn't charge me for nights I didn't stay, but only gave back half the rent.

Stay

Large apartment with heating that works really well. The beds are also very comfortable. Close to Wal-Mart. Landlord replied quickly and addressed all needs in a timely manner.

nice place to stay

me and my partner stayed here for my UMMC assignment. this apt is huge. plenty of space for our dog to run around inside and theres a backyard too. kitchen is fully equipped, lots of pans and utensils. fast internet. laundry in basement. plenty of parking in the driveway and on street. neighborhood feels safe. landlord is very responsive. short commute to the hospital.

Great stay during my assignment

Stayed here for 3 months for an assignment at Umass Harrington, which is an easy 25min ish drive down the pike. The location is great, very safe street friendly neighbors, convenient location you're 5 minute drive from Kelly Square and all the restaurants in Worcester. Landlord communicates very well, attentive to anything you need or any issues you might have. Home has most everything you should need. I've yet to have an issue.

Lovely stay

We loved our time here! The apartment itself its cute with old school New England charm and moderate space. Dishwasher in unit, laundry in the basement, all utilities included made it a really easy stay, just send the rent once a month and its all taken care of. UMass memorial is a 10-15 drive away, quick commute. The landlord himself is great, friendly with good communication and quick fixes - pipes burst in February, had someone there to fix it within 12 hours. No complaints, highly recommended.
