Sweet condo

We had a great stay in this lovely condo. Super clean and comfy, it felt like home away from home. Located in a very nice gated community, it was a 3 minute walk to a wonderful swimming pool with hot tub, as well as a fully equipped exercise room. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming to us. Beaches were 10-30 minutes away, depending on traffic, but incredibly beautiful with soft white sand. Well worth the short drive and so fun with tiki bars and restaurants everywhere. Also lots of restaurants nearby. We found some awesome theatre in downtown Ft Myers and a farmers market, walking trails and mini golf close by. Lots to do! Our host, Jackie, was super nice and very responsive if we had questions. Thank you! The best was our lanai which overlooks a little lake with a fountain and tree lots of wildlife including turtles basking in the sun. There's nothing so sweet! We would absolutely come back again!

Immaculate!! Felt just like home.

I found this place when I was in a pinch and had to fly out for a big job in Florida for a month stay. Id leave a higher rating if I could. Place was so cozy, clean, and great interior decor. Any questions I had the owner responded quickly. I especially loved the lanais for long days after work and staring at the lake. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Property in a Quiet Neighborhood

This property is immaculate with a gorgeous pond view. The pool is a short walk, as well as many of the amenities (club house, work out center, hot tub, tennis courts). Being a gated community I always felt safe, and the neighbors are tremendously kind. The landlord was always available via text. She helped figure out where to go eat, and even how to turn on the AC when I couldnt figure it out. I quick FaceTime call solved everything! Before leaving, she contacted us to confirm we enjoyed our stay and asked for any feedback. We had none, enjoyed every moment there and cant wait or go back! Deposit was received 48 hours after we moved out.

Cozy Condo

This condo was perfect for us. It was fully furnished and well equipped. Wifi was recently upgraded and was extremely fast and efficient. Condo was spacious and we enjoyed the lanai area. We had access to the pool and fitness center and both were enjoyed. The setting is well kept and quiet. The landlord was great at communication and addressed our needs in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this property and the landlord.

Makes up reasons to keep deposit no parking

We rented this property right after hurricane Ian had destroyed the area the process was rushed but initially we were satisfied upon arrival there was no power for the first week and when it did come on the refrigerator was not working there was rotting food the place was cluttered and the garage floor had a thick sticky film on it that we had to clean up ourselves . we requested to move out on 12/18 versus 1/3 and landlord wished us well stated she was happy for us but when the time came to leave a week before she told us we could no longer park one of our vehicles at the property and then ghosted us about returning our deposit . Ive gotten several housing rentals on furnished finders and never had an issue getting my deposit back as we were excellent tenants and leave places cleaner than we get them. This is a gated community and there is no overflow parking if you wanted to have a visitor or a guest they cannot park on the street their vehicle will be towed.
