Duluth Home

This property is incredibly well kept in a quiet neighborhood in upper Duluth With short commutes to downtown, grocery stores, canal park, you name it. The unit is furnished with comfortable beds, pillows, in-unit brand new washer/dryer, couch, barstools, and more. Amanda is very accommodating and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to live in Duluth.

This is a home with an upper and lower level, we stayed in the lower level. It is beautifully furnished including a washer and dryer (big bonus). It is in a great location to the hospitals and downtown. Street parking never seemed to be an issue either. Highly recommend! Amanda is great to work with and quick to get back if ever any questions or concerns.

Upper Unit

This is an old house renovated to make 2 separate apartments, 1 upper and 1 lower. We stayed in the upper. The entrance stair climb is the least desirable option, although only option, when you want to bring in luggage or groceries. It is pretty steep, but it does have a sturdy rail for us older folks. A property with a washer/dryer that you don't have to share is rare! This and a/c are our must haves! The landlord is completely ameaniable to any question or need, just seemed to be genuinely good people. Super cool location.

Exceptional Stay

This was a great property for anyone who needs a beautifully furnished apartment with close proximity to downtown Duluth and all it has to offer. I worked through Essentia health and St. Luke's during my stay and the proximity to the Hospital made life so easy. The kitchen was well done with all the appliances needed! Washer and Dryer worked extremely well during my stay. The spare bedroom was so nice to have when I had family visit. The updated bathroom had everything that was needed! The living room and dining area are extremely comfortable and fit the bill for anyone coming to stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning on staying in or around Duluth! The landlords are so easy to work with and willing to help out with any complications/concerns or questions. I would easily stay here again upon return to Duluth! 5 stars all around.

Top-Tier Rental Experience!

I had a wonderful experience in this unit. It was a perfect solution for me as a working professional new to town looking for a transition place to lay my head without the hassles of furnishing everything and dealing with utilities. The property is charming with high-end appliances and furnishings. Good location near downtown with on-street parking that was never a problem securing a close spot. There is good sound insulation between the downstairs unit---I never heard my neighbor. The best part of this rental was the accommodating and responsive owner: not an impersonal management firm, but a family with the talent and heart to create a cozy home for others. Just bring your clothes and start living!
