Highly recommend

I can not stress how amazing my stay at Winnie’s was! I stayed at Winnies property for 9 1/2 months while working at one of the local hospitals and she made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Not only is she the most nicest person ever, she is also caring. The listing is in a quiet and safe community. Little to no noise during the day and night, which I appreciated as someone who worked night shift. You have easy access to nearby highways and grocery stores. If there was ever a time I needed something to be fixed and or had a question Winnie was always readily available with help or a solution. If I ever come back to OKC to work again I would most definitely rent from Winnie again. She was the absolute best ever! Highly recommend renting from her :)

Excellence in Every Detail

I have traveled as a Travel Nurse for almost 10 years and the property, the decor and the services provided were Exceptional!! Winnie is Phenomenal and any issue or concern I had was taken care of immediately. Winnie is very responsive, caring and the refund of deposit was quick. I loved this experience and I would love to rent from Winnie again. If I’m back I In the OKC area, Winnie will be the first landlord I reach out to. I can’t say enough about my experience and Winnie went above and beyond to ensure my experience was the Best!!

Nice area

I stayed for 8 months in this apartment complex and enjoyed my stay. Winnie is very responsive to questions and concerns and was able to have things looked at/fixed when needed. I would urge you to try and park in corner areas (there are a couple thankfully) d/t my own car getting hit (side mirror knocked off) during my stay. Otherwise- great location!

I stayed for 4 months and it was a great stay! It had everything I needed and the location is very convenient. The host is super nice and very responsive. Would recommend staying!

Wonderful Stay

Winnie was such a great landlord! Responded quickly, reliable and trustworthy. The place had so many cute touches to it that shows how much she cares about the property and her renters experience. One of her properties will always be my first choice for any rental I need!

Very Flexible

W was a very flexible host on short notice, and everything was clean and ready when it was time to move in. I had a great stay, and the location is very convenient in NW OKC, overall a great stay, and thanks again to W for being a great host!

Absolutely Amazing

W is the best!! she has been a joy to work with. I have stayed here for nearly a year, plus or minus a month or two here and there. Very comfortable. I felt safe here, and the property was quiet most of the time. It has a nice private patio. Very close to my workplace and everything needed was within a couple of miles. The pool is lovely in the summer. The apartment is clean and has all essential equipment. Nicely furnished. I cannot say enough good things about this rental. if and when I work in the area again, I will definitely reach out to W!!! She is an absolute blessing.

Felt like home!

My boyfriend and I loved staying here! The owner was very friendly and accommodating. When my boyfriends car got hit in the parking lot, the owner helped us with getting access on the cameras. It is a gated apartment and it is generally safe. It is close to great restaurants and hospitals. It was a quiet neighborhood too! The furnitures were comfortable and the kitchen appliances are almost complete. The owners were very responsive and I really felt at ease. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again!

Property is wonderful. Nice and clean and Winnie is A++. Shes very understanding and helpful and makes things smooth and easy! My first time using FF and I was unsure, but she put all my doubts to bed! Thank you!!
