My stay at this place was a nightmare.The house is not clean & quite filthy.The owner is an active alcoholic. He went on drinking binges, trashed the house & acted very inappropriately towards me. I reported it to Furnished Finders & I am astounded that he is still on here. You can look up his name (Jon Winiarz) and see multiple arrests for DUI's, driving on suspended license, etc, as recent as last month-July '24. A man (who I would have been sharing a bathroom with) passed away there almost 3 weeks before I moved in. I had to ask to have the bathroom cleaned & the man's personal items removed from the shower/bathroom 2 WEEKS after moving in. The owner yells at people & is aggressive. When I moved out suddenly, due to his drinking & feeling unsafe, he texted me PAGES of hateful texts and refuses to return my $500 deposit. I came downstairs after a full weekend of his drinking and all doors to outside were unlocked & open over night. He should NOT be allowed on this platform! Unsafe!
