Harassed by neighbors, landlord issues

I stayed for a few months with plans to stay for around a year. The unit itself is nice for a solo person. Parking can be tight if someone parks in the alley behind the gate. According to the landlord, the neighbors run a daycare and there was screaming 4-5 days per week for ~8 hrs. Neighbors listening to movies loudly or fixing a motorcycle until 1-2am. The neighbors also had dogs that would remain outside for up to 18 hours a day from 6 am through midnight. The same neighbors threw items at my vehicle. This neighbor was agitated the police were called by myself and two other neighbors for excessive noise and dog barking as well as the vandalism of my vehicle. The alley behind the house had a few physical fights and the rental unit was shot by either BB pellets or airsoft pellets. When these issues were mentioned to the landlord, I was advised to "pray for advice"... then proceeded to talk badly about myself to someone I recommended to rent the unit. Toxic. Avoid this landlord.

Cute private place

Really great studio to stay in during rotations. You get a private entrance and it was very safe. Everything you need is in the studio. It does get a little loud sometimes at night in the apartment area but thats out of your control. Loved it here!

Great little place

Great little place to stay with awesome, responsive landlady. Remote control to operate private gate for parking just outside the door - good for small and medium sized vehicles. Place is very clean and welcoming. AC unit able to cool the space into low 70s during the hot valley days and powerful fan above the bed.

Amazing and cozy cottage

I stayed in this cottage studio during my LVN-RN program for 8 months. I loved how cozy and comfortable this place was. It is equipped with basically everything you need and has a washer/dryer included. The location was perfect and is a great median between Fresno and Clovis. I had clinical rotations at Clovis regional medical center which was only a 12 minute drive as well as Clovis community medical center which is about the same distance. I would 100% recommend to stay here if you plan to work or go to school in this area.
