This landlord is petty and keeps your deposits if you cancel. There is no kitchen use. Very little parking. She lies about what has been said, she does not disclose about the "nonrefundable deposit" Think twice about renting from her.

Clean,quiet room

This was the first time I rented a room in a home and it was a great choice. D and her dog were great and the place was clean and in a nice family neighborhood close to everything. Large bedroom with a really large, comfortable bed in the upstairs portion of the house. There's a seating area and a little bar area with a small refrigerator. The bathroom was big. It was quiet, which was a plus since I work overnights. I highly recommend staying here and I would stay again if I'm back down in the area.
