Fantastic stay

If you're looking for private, quiet, clean, convenient, and affordable, this is the place to stay. Incredibly reasonable price for what you get. The apartment sits in a spacious backyard that is well maintained, tons of natural light and nice view of the yard and greenery. Amenities are simple but everything works great and they did a fun job of classing it up with fancy wash basins, natural wood accents and a nice bathroom. The parking is really convenient in a culdesac, family friendly neighborhood. Sherry is a very kind host and is easy to communicate with. Definitely using this one again when I visit Cali next, if it's available.

Quiet, safe and easy access to freeway

I loved my stay here. S was just a text away on any concerns/questions. Having your own washer and dryer in the studio really made it convenient. The house is close to the freeway making my commute to work a breeze. The area is really nice, quiet and safe. I wanted a place to recharge and rest after work and was able to do just that on my off days. Thanks again S and A!
