okay place

H is very responsive! The only qualm I had was not being told prior to moving in that there would be a toddler and as someone who WFH it was not the best situation for me.

Great Stay, amazing host

I have stayed here for 3 months and I have no complaints. It is exactly as advertised. It looks just like the pictures. it's clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The owner is fantastic, she is highly accessible and eagerly responsive to any potential concerns. She is accommodating and understanding and really makes you feel at home. Close proximity to multiple hospitals, libraries, and stores. 10 minutes to Baptist hospital, 20 minutes to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, and Jackson South Medical Center. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, this is an excellent place to be. I would absolutely stay again.

Great Studio

I've enjoyed staying in H´s little studio. She is a perfect host and this studio has it's own entrance and driveway parking, both of which are very important to me. The bathroom and kitchen work perfectly, the main room has a very comfy queen bed with a kitchen table/desk and chair, plus a comfy living room chair. This leaves minimal floor space but it's doable. The studio is in a beautiful neighborhood, close to a park and with easy access to 152 St. Thank you H for a lovely stay.
