Great place!

This condo was great! Lots of lighting, fast internet, nice neighbors, garage parking, gym and close enough to everything to walk to or take a scooter but far enough that it doesn't disturb you at night! Close to several parks, grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops! The place truly is a home away from home! However, the best part is that the landlord is very kind, funny and easy to get a hold of! I wish all landlords could be like her! If I get the opportunity to come back in the future I will be definitely checking for this place first!!

An Oasis, indeed!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. To die for pros: sunlight (it truly is so joyful), the plants, HEATED bathroom floors, gorgeous decorations and finishing touches, amazing location - super walkable, cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby, dedicated safe parking space, a gym in the building, comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen (luxe - with the good stuff), kind neighbors, cute little balcony, Apple home speaker. Cons - that I don't live here forever. I was meant to stay only 3 months and I extended to 8 because I loved it so much. If you're looking for a place that feels like home - this is your spot. The owner is also good-hearted, helpful, responsive (and hilarious). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My favorite oasis!

Such a cute little oasis! Denver is a crazy city and this apartment was my happy place. I felt so safe in the building, my dog and i went to a walk mulitple times a day to the park and never ran into any trouble. The amenities of the apartment were amazing and such a luxury!! Would 10/10 recommend.

Perfect stylish condo!

This condo was beautiful! Elegant and stylish! I enjoyed my stay here! The view from the balcony was perfect because you can see the sun rise! All amenities were new. It was the perfect place for my stay during my travel assignment. Close to good eats and bars. I would recommend this condo if you want to experience life in Denver!
